Death Kappa - Blu-ray / DVD Combo Overview
The kappa, in Japanese folklore, are water goblins that are closely associated with a certain town in the country. Unfortunately, the area is also home to a militant splinter group of researchers dedicated to developing amphibious super soldiers based on the kappa of legends. When their experiments result in murders by some escapees, the appearance of an actual kappa, and the triggering of an atomic bomb, the consequences are of epic proportions. A monster arrives in the midst of the nuclear fallout, and Japan's defenses are helpless against it. Mankind's only savior is an irradiated water goblin that is on the rampage with death in its eyes.

There are some more recent kaiju films that are actually quite good, such as: "long, dark hair Geharha monster" aka "Geharo", "Big Man Japan", "Mega Ultra Galaxy Monster Battle The Movie," "Deep Sea Raiga Monster ", the new film simply" X "(not" Monster X Strikes Back ", which I have not seen) and" Gamera the Brave ". I had some real high expectations of "Death Kappa. If you can survive the silly, over-the-top and ridiculous at the beginning of the film (which I could not bear KappaDance), it is true at a party. Once the monster begins to chaos, the film takes. The false manifest and armored cars are exhilarating. The headlights light up the "wall" on the set behind the monster and the rest in the middle is absolutely delicious. They want to tear off the tail to get things done something like Ultraman. The CGI Godzilla "Always Sunset On Third Street 2" is phenomenal. He also has his eyes all whites of GMK. Not only in "Death Kappa" go expecting an epic film like "GMK" or "Gamera: Advent of Legion" and you will be fine.
